Due to COA and weather issues at WFF, the transit of AV-6 has been delayed.  Departure from DFRC is now Thursday, 9/6

Estimated take off time 9am PDT/noon EDT
Current plan is to fly Tropical Storm Leslie and collect data during the transit

Friday 9/7

Estimated landing time 7am PDT/10am EDT
Range Familiarity flights (take offs and landings from different runways) may be conducted prior to landing which would extend the landing time.

AV-1 power is on and ACPS testing is underway.
Transit is still scheduled for Sept 17 to 18.

WFF: 

Saturday, 9/1

AV-6 – We are announcing a one day slip in transit due to a delay in receiving an FAA approved COA.
Transit is now scheduled for Sept 5 to 6.

AV-1 power is on and ACPS testing is underway.
Transit is still scheduled for Sept 17 to 18.

AV-6 transit is on schedule for Sept 4 to 5th.

After takeoff the landing gear gave a false indication on the gear status.
This resulted in us flying for several hours to burn off fuel before landing.

The crew will need to troubleshoot the landing gear.  If instrument
access is needed before the next range flight, PIs should be available 
in the hangar in the morning.
