For those deploying to São Tomé in 2018:
Please fill out the attached the Pestana Sao Tome reservation form. Once completed, rename the file to include your first and last name, then upload to the ESPO website. FYI: The double room rate does not imply larger beds, it covers the cost of a second breakfast.
https://espo.nasa.gov/oracles/ -> Registration -> Personal information -> (confirm you read the notices and provide your password) -> scroll down to ‘Extra Documentation’ and click ‘Add another document’ -> Choose ‘Hotel Reservation Form’ under the Type menu -> Click 'Choose File' and select the file from your computer -> Click 'Upload' -> Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.
Please have the forms uploaded by July 20th, 2018 in order to be included in the room block.
