Instructions for Gaining Medical Clearance to fly on the P-3
If you will be flying on the P-3 during the ORACLES 2018 mission, you must fill out the a medical clearance form on line. This is different than in prior years. We will not distribute a pdf form. The online system is administered by JSC.
ESPO is gathering a list of names of flyers. Respond to the email from Dan Chirica on this topic or contact him directly at Dan.Chirica@nasa.gov . You will be entered into the on line system and will receive an email with a link and a pin that allows you to complete the form on line.
We will provide more specific guidance once we experience the process ourselves.
