September 22nd - Departure from Barbados to Cabo Verde  
0900  Take-off for a 7.5 hour flight
~1930  Arrival at Cabo Verde

• Once stairs are in place, ESPO will bring up hi-vis vests. Wearing a hi-vis vest is required while on the flight line.
• ESPO will also collect any passports for immigration stamping for those who need to stay with the plane until parked.
• Hand carry any luggage you need for the two nights.
• Bringing any tools or other restricted items off the plane is discouraged as it requires customs paperwork and will result in delays at this time. Please let us know if it is absolutely necessary.
• Board the people-mover which will bring you to the Safeport Terminal where immigration and customs is accomplished. There is no form to fill out; just bring your luggage and have your passport ready. 
• There is a shuttle to the hotel which is 15 minutes away.   

September 23rd - Hard down day in Cabo Verde

September 24th - Departure from Cabo Verde to Sāo Tomé
0500 Limited breakfast at Spices Buffet
0530 Two shuttles to airport – Susan will collect passports to expedite immigration stamping 
0600 Doors open
0730 Doors close
0800 Take-off
    Arrival to Sāo Tomé

• Once you land in Sāo Tomé, ESPO will collect passports and take them to immigration so you can head directly to hotel.  Have your Sāo Tomé visa and 20 Euros in the passport.
