Export Control Documentation Request

List of FNs Requiring  Escorts 

Please use the WhatsApp FNE group to coordinate with your escorts.

Escorts, please coordinate with other escorts if you need to switch FNs/dates/times.

AFRC and ESPO can assist with movement between the different locations.

Escorts are required 7-days a week - no exceptions

Reminders: 

Reminder 1: the deadline for you to provide ALL of the requested information on our database for ALL of the deployment locations is December 6th, exactly one week from today. We will start sending information to process access to our basing locations immediately after before the Xmas break. Failure to comply could result in denied access to the different installations. Our support organizations abroad will be processing the over 200 personnel from our team (including contingency travelers), so being respectful and considerate of their efforts will not submit late requests for individual access after our deadline.

Reminder 2:

If you are planning to fly on the DC-8, you must be on the QNC list (flight clearance file attached).

If you are planning to fly on the DC-8 but will not be coming to AFRC (for the integration phase) and will join the project at any of our deployment locations you still must be on the list mentioned above.
