2014-02-03

Today's accomplishments:
- Down Day for GH Crew
- Consulting with L-3Com on Ku Fault
- Mission Planning activity

  o Engine Wash
  o Ku SatCom Testing
  o Additional OmniSTAR Characterization Testing

Note: two possible paths after 1000:
o If Ku testing is unsuccessful, the KU HPA will need to be replaced, which will take several hours and require outdoor testing. L3-Com has advised us this is a likely scenario. In this case, the proposed Wed Flt will need to move to Thursday, and Inst. Preflight activity will move to Wed.
o If Ku testing is successful we will begin Instr. Preflight activity at 1030 for a proposed Wed. flt.

Standby for an update at 1000 hrs on this and the other two issues being worked:
- Reviewing NGC's  analysis and the GH Team's assessment of the Takeoff abort with DFRC Management.
- Status on the installation and config of the GHMOF backup Services Computer that has arrived at AAFB from DFRC.
