- We reviewed lists of persons who need a) pickup after car rental return, b) shuttle to the Avis/Budget counter on Rancho Vista after transit, or c) access on Friday September 6. If you missed this discussion see Bernie or Marilyn.
- All shipment items must be in the staging area by 1300 Wednesday. The truck will depart Thursday and arrive Palmdale Saturday latest.
- We also discussed limitations on luggage in the cargo hold for transit flyers. Questions: see Bernie or Marilyn.
- For those who are flying transit and will deliver luggage for the hold, bring it by Wednesday 0900.
- Last LN2 delivery should be Tuesday; last dry ice delivery should be Wednesday.
