ESPO has set up room blocks at the SpringHill Inn by Marriott Hampton and the Hilton Garden Inn Hampton Coliseum located next to each other and within a 15-minute drive to NASA Langley Research Center at a room rate of $96 per night.  Reservations should be made no later than March 1, 2020.  Please reference “FIREX-AQ” when you call to make a room reservation.  Please be prepared to provide a credit card number for the room reservation.  Note that if a room reservation needs to be cancelled or pushed back, it must be done so 48 hours before scheduled arrival.  If you do not make your reservation before the March 1, 2020 rooms will only be offered at the standard rate being offered by the hotel at the time of booking.
