Method of Reimbursement

Method of Reimbursement

Electronic Fund Transfer, Direct Deposit availability
The previous method to issue reimbursement payments to Invited Guest Travelers was solely by paper check.  A few exceptions were made to alleviate the cumbersome process for our International Travelers.   For all Invitational Guest Travel SSAI is now able to provide the option for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for Direct Deposit to your personal bank account.

This is not a mandatory implementation.  It is an option to those travelers who prefer direct deposit over the hard-copy, paper check delivered by US Postal Service.  For those who prefer to receive a paper check, that option is still available.

The very private banking information does not have to come to me.  The EFT form can be sent to Cassie Lehnhardt at cassie.lehnhardt@ssaihq.comOR directly to the Accounts Payable Manager Mr. Jamie Kowalczyk, Jamie.kowalczyk@ssaihq.com.  He is located at the main SSAI Office in Lanham Maryland.   Certainly if I receive forms, I pledge to handle the information with great care and protection.

The intent is to shorten the time it takes for you to receive the reimbursement payment.   It is my recommendation you provide the EFT form to SSAI earlier rather than waiting until after the next trip for which you have travel support through SSAI.

Download and submit the Electronic Funds Transfer Enrollment Form ASAP to have your travel reimbursements directly deposited to your bank account.
