Reminders:
Reminder 1: the deadline for you to provide ALL of the requested information on our database for ALL of the deployment locations is December 6^th, exactly one week from today. We will start sending information to process access to our basing locations immediately after before the Xmas break. Failure to comply could result in denied access to the different installations. Our support organizations abroad will be processing the over 200 personnel from our team (including contingency travelers), so being respectful and considerate of their efforts will not submit late requests for individual access after our deadline.

Reminder 2:

If you are planning to fly on the DC-8, you must be on the QNC list (flight clearance file attached).
