2. If you are a FN and plan on working onsite (B703 Instrument Lab) 4 or 5 of April, please come see ESPO
3. Do not leave without arranging the shipping of your cold weather gear due later this week

2. When the DC-8 arrives on 1-April, we will be able to shuttle you to your hotel or rental car pickups as long as it is in the Palmdale/Lancaster area.  To help us plan please send Roy Johnson an email if you will need a ride and where
3. Plan on completely uninstalling your instrument from the DC-8 on April 2 and 3. The Instrument Lab will be available for any further dismantling or packing on the 4th and 5th.

Important Notes:
1. The new EAL is valid from March 25th through the 31st. The EAL copy is posted on ESPO website.
2. If you are on EAL, you must present the passport or Korea ID you provided to ESPO to access the base. If your passport has changed since then, you must present both your new and the expired passport.
Alternate forms of identification will not be accepted at the gate. Some guards might not be as attentive and let you in by mistake, but that will not always be the case. 
3. Please remember to bring your ID/Passport before you leave the base. 
4. There is no lab/office space near AMC Ramp. If you do not need to service your instruments, we encourage everyone to work in Turumi Lodge.

    • See attached file for details
  • Badges
    • Flight line badges (see below for names) will be distributed tomorrow morning at the airport (ESPO desk in Terminal 1).
    • ESPO will collect old badges from all flyers prior to takeoff. Reprinted badges will allow unescorted access to the flight line, although you will still have to go through the Control Point to enter the flight line, and again to exit the flight line. See attached file for more information.
  • Flight line access rules and restrictions
    • MANDATORY: Entry and exit to the flight line through the Control Point only. You must always wear your badge and a reflective vest when inside the airport restricted area.
    • No knives, pocket tools, lighters, etc. These will be confiscated by security on sign-in.
    • If you need to bring tools/cargo onto the flight line, contact ESPO 24 hr in advance to coordinate.
    • Utilize flight line offices (see attached file) to store tools/cargo overnight.
    • You cannot walk on the flight line. All movement: Control Point to Flight Line Offices to Aircraft, etc. is by vehicle only.
    • Contact ESPO for flight line transportation and coordination.
    • Clean up after yourselves.
