Extreme heat is expected this week. Hands on times may be early to take advantage of the cooler morning hours.

Continue to think about the transit and related topics of shipping/logistics, July travel to AFRC, base access and upload requirements. Trucks to Salina are planned to depart AFRC July 7. There will be a Fedex shipment of items you retain for transit day upload.

Continue to think about the transit, and related topics of shipping/logistics, July travel to AFRC, base access and upload requirements. Trucks to Salina are planned to depart AFRC July 7 and arrive Salina July 9. Most of the crew will travel on July 8 to Salina. ER-2 indicates there will be 3 hours of hands-on on July 12, for transit upload. See Brian’s email (11:13 a.m.) and Dan’s post in the Slack 2021-deployments channel (3:45 pm) for more info.
