Burlington, Vermont (BTV)
Friday, 24 May:

  • For QNCs transiting at Burlington, please be checked out and ready to meet Andrian at the Courtyard Burlington Williston lobby by 0625. Breakfast opens at 0630, so if you need to grab a quick bite, do so, but please be ready to depart then. The shuttle bus will depart to the FBO NLT 0645 for a 0700 showtime.
  • If you are not staying at the Courtyard, you can meet at the Courtyard Burlington Williston lobby or take a taxi/uber directly to Heritage Aviation. Address is 228 Aviation Ave, South Burlington, VT 05403. Arrive NLT 0700.

General announcements: 

  • Make sure you have your passport. You will need them in Greenland.  
  • Please refrain from wearing perfume/cologne/strongly scented grooming products during flight.  
  • Remember to dress in layers, the FEs do a great job of trying to regulate the temperature in the cabins but sometimes it gets cold, especially on high altitude transits.
  • It’s going to be a long day regardless of which plane you’re on, so make sure you bring enough food to keep you comfortable during transit.
