ORACLES 08/27/16 Mission Daily Schedule

The ER-2 landed safely at 5 pm this evening.
 
All times will be in Namibian time (GMT+1) unless noted
 
Saturday Aug 27
- 8am Forecast/planning meeting - Swakopmund Hotel Spitzkoppe 1 meeting room. (See image below for location)
- ESPO meeting arrivals
- P-3 takes off from Ascension 8 am (local)
- ETA 10 - 3 - VIP visit ER-2 (only pilots & mangers needed)
- P-3 landing ETA 5 pm 
- No ER-2 Instrumenter Access
 
Shuttle
- 7:30 Shuttle departing for airport
- 10:30 shuttle departing for hotel
- Shuttle departing after commercial flight travelers have finished badging ETA 3pm
- 4pm shuttle departing for airport
- ETA 6 pm Shuttle 1 leave
- ETA 7 pm Shuttle 2 leave once post-flight is complete
 
Sunday Aug 28
- 8 am All-hands and pilot orientation meeting - Swakopmund Hotel Spitzkoppe 1 meeting room.
- 9 am - 5 pm Aircraft Access both aircraft
- 3 pm Forecast/planning meeting - Swakopmund Hotel Spitzkoppe 1 meeting room.

- 10:30 am from hotel
- 11:30 am from airport
- 12:30 am from hotel
- 1:30 pm from airport
- 2:30 pm from hotel
