General reminders before departing:
Clean your rooms, close your windows, and leave the keys in the door before departing. Clear any trash and put your bedding in a black plastic bag and place them in front of your door by the hallway.

Don’t forget to return your meal cards after your last meal. There is a drop off box in front of the cash register in the Dundas Buffet.

The plan for de-integration is as follows:

Saturday: Instrument teams can begin removing the racks on the left side of the P-3 to allow the LARGE equipment to be taken out. If time permits, teams can start removing the rest of the racks, but the focus for Saturday will be clearing space for LARGE so they can be ready for PACE-PAX.

Sunday: No work is planned and will be a hard down day for the P-3 crew.

Following Monday-Friday: Teams will continue the deinstallation process, removing the remaining equipment from the aircraft if they didn’t finish on Saturday.

After AMC Shipment Arrival (Expected First/Second Week of September):
Teams can depopulate their racks and prepare their equipment for shipment back to their home institutions once all their crates have arrived. Please work with Kelly Griffin regarding any shipments from Wallops back to your home institutions.
