Presentations Guidelines

Workshop presentations expectations for the proposed agenda items.

 

Group Presentations (Who, What, Where and How?)

Each group is expected to do a 10-minute presentation (5 min. for questions) about who they are, what do they specialize in, and their approach to project management.

Project Lessons Learned

Tell us about project lessons learned: things that worked well and things you would do differently.

Site Visits 

Tell us about a site that was particularly difficult to plan for- how did you handle it? Lessons learned and any additional information.

Cultural Challenges and International Project Management

The workshop will host a presentation on international project management and cultural challenges.

Ignite Style Presentations

Ignite style presentations are talks that use 20 slides, which automatically advance every 15 seconds. The result is an engaging, fast-paced presentation, which lasts just 5 minutes. We will select some workshop participants to present fun, informative, EPIC related ignite presentations, during the Happy Hour. Some topics could be: disaster management, something challenging that took place during a project, Agency collaborations, cultural challenges, etc.
