Please see the attached meeting notes from today’s (6/21/22) Biweekly CPEX-CV Science Team Meeting telecon.

Please read all the notes attached, but pulling a few important things from the notes today:
If you plan on flying on the DC-8 during CPEX-CV, you need to submit your QNC (qualifying non-crewmember) certification information to Jasmine Tabla (jasmine.tabla at nasa.gov <mailto:jasmine.tabla at nasa.gov>) by the end of this week, Friday, June 24th. After this date there is no guarantee you will obtain the clearance in time. Please see her email from June 15th for instructions. The forms and instructions are also on the ESPO CPEX-CV webpage. <https://espo.nasa.gov/cpex-cv/content/CPEX-CV_DC8_QNC_flight_clearance> 
If you did not see that email, then that means you may not be in the ESPO database and not on the CPEX-CV mailing list — if you’re not in the ESPO database, then we do not know that you are planning to travel to Cabo Verde. 
Please keep your travel and personal information updated in the ESPO database. That information (including the copy of your passport that you upload) is now being used to obtain airport access permits for the team.
Hilton hotel reservations for Sal are open through July 20th — please use the room block link on the ESPO webpage <https://espo.nasa.gov/cpex-cv/content/CPEX-CV_Lodging_and_Transportation> — you can reserve your room prior to getting your SSAI travel voucher approved.
If you’re staying in Sal for more than 30 days, then you need to submit an application for a different Cabo Verde visa.
