CPEX-CV DC8 QNC flight clearance

Are you planning on participating on the CPEX-CV science flights?  if yes, then you need to have a medical clearance. Medical clearances are good for one year, so if you had it before, you will have to apply for it again.

Please follow the next steps:

1 - Review the QNC Flight clearance process and complete all steps.

-  AFRC Science Flight Participation Authorization PDF
- Certification of Vaccination PDF
- AFRC Return-to-Center: COVID-19 Safety Information PDF
- Hearing Conservation Document PDF
Please complete this process at your earliest convenience to be able to fly on the DC8.
