[All] EP for loaner computer?

Erin and Jhony,

I updated my NAMS request for EP to include both my normal laptop and my loaner (you need the asset ID for each) and the request was approved. I did this in advance of my trip to Italy this spring and EP worked on the loaner when I picked it up. I didn’t do it in advance with Germany (the laptop I got was not the one I was expecting) and so Sam gave me temporary EP while my NAMS request went thru the approval channels. It was approved.

NAMS request is currently called “WCS Elevated Privileges.”

The IT team thought that I would be able to do so, and told me that I would have to put in a request. I did, I requested Elevated Privileges, retook the course, and when I still couldn’t install software or change settings, I reached out to them. Then I was told that I couldn’t.   See attached.
