Everyone is welcomed to join the ASIA AQ media day event at the Hilton.

Media Day Event:

1230 – Light refreshments begin in Grand Ballroom 2 and 3 

1300 - Event begins in Grand Ballroom 2 and 3 

1500 - Media Day briefing and buses to the airport leave

Shuttle service:

0700 – Shuttle #1 Hilton to Gate 8 (Ops center)

0730 – Shuttle #2 Hilton to Gate 8 (Ops center)

0800 – Shuttle #3 Hilton to Gate 8 (Ops center) 

1200 – Shuttle #4 Gate 8 > Hilton > San Jacinto Road (food options)

1340 – Shuttle #5 San Jacinto (food options) > Ops Center

1500 – Shuttle #6 Hilton to Gate 8 (Ops center) 

1645 – Shuttle #7  Gate 8 to Hilton

1715 – Shuttle #8 Gate 8 to Hilton

1800 – Shuttle #9 Gate 8 to Hilton

DC-8 Schedule

0800 - 1500 Aircraft access to investigators

1500 - 1700 Media day access (1 rep per instrument rack please!)

1700 - Tow DC-8 back into position

GIII Schedule

1300-1500 Instrument access

1500 - 1700 Media day

General meetings

1000 Flight planning meeting at the ASIA AQ Ops center, go/ no go decision for Friday
