Wednesday August 9
0800 Flight day review
1500 Weather and Aerosol forecast
L-30   People who want to watch landing: can take shuttle to airport for P-3 welcome arrival (badges & vests)
Landing   P-3 arrives in São Tomé (possibly 1800)
L+~30   Shuttle takes P-3 arrivals to hotel
Then Shuttle returns and takes greeters back to hotel (~20 minutes)

Thursday August 10

0800 weather/forecast.

0900 Flight Planning Discussion

0900-1500 as late as 5:30 if necessary - Instrument access (tbd)

1500 weather/forecast

L-20   Greeters can take shuttle to airport for P-3 welcome arrival (badges & vests)

Landing   P-3 arrives in São Tomé

L+~30   Shuttle takes P-3 arrivals to hotel

Then Shuttle returns and takes greeters back to hotel (~20 minutes)

Monday August 7
0930 Meet in lobby for shuttle run to airport (Shuttle will stay for 30 minutes) 
1015 Shuttle leaves airport for stops for groceries
1300 Shuttle can go back to airport if anyone needed more than 30 minutes at airport. Can stop by grocery stores again if needed.
1600 weather/forecast. 

Tuesday August 8
1500 weather/forecast
1600 Shuttle to airport for arrival
1630 P-3 arrives in São Tomé
