Registration

International Visitors
If you are an international visitor, please let us know by COB Thursday, July 11th. There are some additional paperwork requirements, and while the process is straightforward, it can take some time to complete.

Campus Access:
The meeting will take place at the NASA Ames Conference Center<http://>. At the main gate to NASA Ames, you will need to show your ID (driver’s license, green card, passport, or DS2019) to the guards.

Visitor Badging:
If you would like to tour the N-248 hangar (our primary base for aircraft operations), you must stop and get a visitor badge at the front gate badging office.

Travel Arrangements
