[Posidon] POSIDON Sheraton Hotel block end on Aug 15

Just a friendly reminder that Aug 15 will be cut off for all booking request at the Sheraton in Guam.

To date, they have 50 rooms out of anticipated 60 rooms blocked.

They will be releasing the rooms on Monday.  All request will then be on availability basis.

To book your room, email Ms. Amilyn Salas at amilyn.salas at sheratonlagunaguam.com<mailto:amilyn.salas at sheratonlagunaguam.com> with your name and your check-in/check-out dates. Please put ‘NASA WB-57’ in the subject line of your email. Ms. Salas will reply to each individual with a confirmation number. After you receive your confirmation number, you must call the front desk/reservation staff at (671) 646-2222 with your credit card details to complete your reservation. All of this must be done by the room block close date of August 15. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on individual rooms.

Please note when making your travel arrangements that Guam is one day ahead of the mainland US, so be mindful when selecting your arrival and departure dates. If there is a mistake with your arrival date (i.e., you show up a day later than originally indicated), you will incur “no show” charges, your reservation will be voided, and your room will be released.
