We will be updating the Help with Webex tab before the meeting with any new changes to Webex.
  2.  We highly recommend that you join the Webex meeting up to 60 minutes early (0930 EDT) to test audio and sharing capabilities if you have not recently shared on Webex.  This is your opportunity to contribute to the successful operation of your meeting.  Please drag the attached .ics file to your calendar app.
  3.  We recommend sharing your own presentation.  This will allow you to use your cursor to point and to advance your own slides. Please send a backup copy of your presentation no later than Monday, October 18th by noon PDT to meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov?pli=1>  In the event that you have connectivity issues then you can call in and we can advance your slides.
