Subject: UAS Workshop info for Presenters

The UAS Workshop is next week, March 9-11.

You are receiving this email as you are one of our invited speakers. We invite you to join the meeting up to 30 minutes before the start of the workshop on the day of your presentation so we can test your audio and check that sharing permissions are all set up. I will make you a co-host so you will have the ability to mute and unmute yourself.

  1. Check the agenda tab on the meeting website for your presentation title, day, time and your pop-up profile/bio if you provided one: https://meeting-info.org/uas-workshop-2021/<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmeeting-info.org%2Fuas-workshop-2021%2F&data=04%7C01%7Cbruce.a.tagg%40nasa.gov%7C8888e5bd8bab4b782fa308d8de86aa65%7C7005d45845be48ae8140d43da96dd17b%7C0%7C0%7C637504017259879864%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=yPKOZaikMZ4otdvjiSEht6d6Zr3JjyMznN%2FF3FUFvxs%3D&reserved=0>
  2. Email meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov> a copy of your presentation the day before your talk.

     * WiFi issues: This phone number is only being provided to presenters. Please don't share. If you have connectivity issues, this phone number will let you connect audio to the meeting. This is not the way to connect if you do not have WiFi issues because phones without a computer connected do not transfer to breakout rooms.

        *   1-650-479-3207 Call-in number (US/Canada)
           *   Day 1 Access code: 182 696 3286
           *   Day 2 Access code: 182 746 7277
           *   Day 3 Access code: 182 634 4587
  1. We will be using a website for Questions so Answers appear with the Questions versus concurrent chat conversations that are hard to follow. You can answer questions after your presentation on the Q&A website if you want to speak for your full time slot or leave time for live audience questions/discussion. You can mark questions as completed with the checkmark if you want but please do not click X to delete the question. The agenda has some discussion slots.
