[Korus-aq] KORUS-AQ Emissions Version 5.0

Dear KORUS-AQers,

Attached, please find KORUS EI Ver 5.0.

You can find summary table and update history in the
"KORUS_Emis_V5_Summary.xlsx" file.

To the modelers, I strongly recommend to cross-check your model-read
emissions to my summary table numbers to avoid unnecessary confusion.

Since this version of emissions were developed to support the policy run,
not only 3  months period but other months are included (Base year : for
China - 2016, for all other countries - 2015).

Meaning of file names,

1. korusv5_amp_xxx.tar.gz  (xxx : month) : 0.1d and 3km emissions splitted
by point, area, and mobile source

2. korusv5_egts_ann.tar.gz  (12 month included in a tar-gzip file) : 0.1d
and 3km emissions sum of  point, area, and mobile sources
