[Korus-aq] Reminder - KORUS - Osan Lodging- IMPORTANT

This is a friendly reminder to complete any updates for the Osan AB portion of the KORUS-AQ mission. Thank you to those who have already done so.  If you have not already reflected your correct dates on the ESPO db and answered if you intend to stay on Osan AB at the Turumi lodge then please do so ASAP.  We need to have your input by March 3.

KORUS-AQ team,

It is very important that everyone update their travel plans for Osan AB so that we can accurately plan for your arrival and badging as well as reserve a sufficient block of rooms at the Turumi Lodge. Please be proactive and enter all changes on the ESPO KORUS registration page beforeMarch 4. Note: Even if your dates have not changed, you need to log in to the registration page and verify whether you are staying at Turumi Lodge or not.

VERY Important:
On the Osan registration page, we have just added a Lodging check box option, highlighted in yellow, to verify your intention to stay at the Turumi Lodge on Osan AB. We will provide the list of names and dates for those who have checked YES to the Turumi Lodge NASA Room Block.

Once we submit the names in total on 4 March, you will receive additional instructions for securing your room reservation at Turumi Lodge. Please DO NOT make reservations at Turumi Lodge before the room block and list of names have been provided.  Further instructions will also be posted on the KORUS-AQ web site.

Instructions for updating your information are provided below. The attached file provides the same instructions along with visuals -

1. Step 1: Go to https://espo.nasa.gov/home/korus-aq and click on the link to “Log in to KORUS-AQ”
2. Enter username and password to log in
3. Click the link for “Registration” on the left side of the page (this link is not there until after you log in)
4. Click the link for “Travel Intentions”
5. From the initial view shown below, scroll down to “2016 OSAN AFB Deployment at Osan (Dates 4/25/2016-6/16/2016)”
6. Update travel dates, check “Yes” or “No” for Turumi Lodge, and add any notes if necessary.
