[Exports_project_office] question from anonymous form

I won't be on the call today, but in my experience a couple of years 
ago, this was as firm no, as was hording daily beer/wine allowances 
which are meant to be consumed in the public lounge area (honors system bar)

We won't be having this issue on the dry Spanish ship (but eating better?)
