[Exports_project_office] Things that NEEDS to be resolved before Thursday

Hi Craig,
I don't believe rules have changed... I could not tell her don't get the
vaccine. This was a situation where I had to make a decision and I made it.
I believe it is for the benefit of the team.
She will be flying one day later. Not a week. One day. And we can extend
her quarantine too.
