Hi All,
Thanx for the feedback. Slightly revised schedule is going out with a reminder it will be flexible… Thanx for the help.
Meg and those interested, I really like the virtual poster session idea for ongoing student symposia. Although am completely mystified in how to pull it off. That said, I’m sure we’re not the only ones thinking about doing virtual poster sessions via zoom. Good leads of things that might work would be greatly appreciated…
More shortly,
Dave

This Medium post on Zoom cocktail parties explains how (but I haven't tried it...) https://medium.com/swlh/how-to-run-a-zoom-cocktail-party-and-have-better-classes-conferences-and-meetings-too-dc2c5b58f8be <https://medium.com/swlh/how-to-run-a-zoom-cocktail-party-and-have-better-classes-conferences-and-meetings-too-dc2c5b58f8be>

Feedback that I have been given is that no WGs are ready to do 20 minute report outs this coming Monday, but some will be the following. Also I think we need some time to work thru our conundrums en masse. The POC one this week was useful (and painful). Other obvious ones are UVP & IFCB data issues, what to do about NPP/NCP and I’m sure there’s more. So, a draft schedule going forward looks like...

What you all think? We can splice these into the schedule above if there’s demand. Anyone want to help organize??

Thanx if you have presented already (and no shame intended it you haven’t yet!!!). Anyways, this coming Monday we’ll have a POC conversation led by Jason and Norm (ty!). Sometime in the next month or so we’ll have the same with the UVP ship-ship comparison (and I hope the IFCB too).

Might be best to do 2 WG presentations at a time so things can get presented and questions answered. So, first are we OK with this idea starting a week from this coming Monday (June 29)? And if so who wants go first? Or alternative ideas are welcome…
