[Exports_project_office] WG reports out to the Monday call??

The WG report out schedule is fine with me.

I think student symposia are a great idea. Also, this might be a
logistical hairball but could we do a "virtual poster session" with
breakout rooms? This Medium post on Zoom cocktail parties explains how
(but I haven't tried it...)
https://medium.com/swlh/how-to-run-a-zoom-cocktail-party-and-have-better-classes-conferences-and-meetings-too-dc2c5b58f8be

It might lead to better conversations for students. Zoom is rough in
plenary because you can't see your audience... I would volunteer to help
test-drive things.
