[Exports_pi] Sample requests

Dear PIs,

We have received many requests for sample collection through you from your colleagues. I know we didn't have time to go through this procedure in detail on the meeting. So - in order to streamline everything, and give the possibility to more people to apply we decided to do following.
If approached by a PI outside of EXPORTS, please take some time to fill up following questionnaire (you, not the colleague that approached you):

We will impose a deadline, April 12th, before which all requests have to be in. Following week, Project office will evaluate the requests and reaching out to some of you for discussion. We will turn around these within 10 days, so by April 24th we will reach out back towards you.

This might sound a bit obsessive, but we want to make sure that collection of the additional samples doesn't jeopardize the science that all of you were funded to do or compete with it (especially student projects).
