  *   ESPO Database.  We are using the information on the ESPO database to request access to the Sal island International airport flight line. If your status is red in the attached list, your information is missing or needs to be updated. Please update the database at your earliest convenience.
  *   UPDATE ON travel VISAS

     *   Civil Servants are required to apply for a visa before traveling to Cabo Verde regardless of the number of travel days
     *   NEW information: US Citizens, regardless of the total number of travel days, can get a visa on arrival.      *   All other nationalities, please check the Cabo Verde Embassy website for visa requirements
     *   For those who have already requested a 30+ days visa, please continue to do so. There is no harm in having a visa.

Please print it out and bring it with you during your travel. If you don’t see your name on the letter, please let me know ASAP (I only included people on the database)
  *   COVID rules for Cabo Verde
     *   Transiting through Portugal (Lisbon) no longer require a COVID Test or vaccination certificate
     *   However, all travelers arriving in Cabo Verde must show a vaccination certificate or a PCR Test (within 72 hours)
