Hello!

If you are receiving this email you are on the list of QNCs traveling to Pituffik Space Base via the WFF C-130.

Please respond just to me in regards to the following:

1.       Will you come to WFF to board the plane or will you be meeting us at Burlington International Airport?
2.       If you are coming to WFF, will you need help returning a rental car/getting to your lodging for the evening/getting back to the hangar on departure day?

If you are planning to drop off a rental car, please please please consider staying at the NASA on-base lodge so we can consolidate getting everyone to the hangar on departure day- unless we want to start moving people over from the island hotels in the middle of the night, there’s no way we’ll make our early take off time.

For reservations at the NASA Lodge, please email the manager, Deborah Toth (deborah.j.toth at nasa.gov<mailto:deborah.j.toth at nasa.gov>), your request ASAP. Right now she has more than enough rooms, but they fill up very quickly once we start moving towards the summer months.
