[All] COVID test expiration 3-month extension

Hey all,

I wanted to make sure that everyone involved with DCOTSS, ACCLIP, and CPEX-CV were aware that the expiration date on the 200+ iHealth C19 antigen tests we have on hand received an expiration date extension to Oct 9, 2022 with the possibility of additional three-month extensions down the road.
