Looks like Biden is set to sign a bill establishing tomorrow as a Federal holiday.  The press conference will be at 1230, so I suppose we’ll know for sure then.  Management is asking us to make sure you are all aware.  Sam told me BAERI folks were notified on their BAERI email.

SG Colleagues,

It has just come to our attention that the Juneteenth Act has declared Juneteenth as a national holiday. The act is expected to be signed into law later today. The Juneteenth holiday would then be observed tomorrow, FRI/18 Jun. For civil servants, HR will be providing specific guidance as soon as possible. For affiliates, please reach out to your management for guidance.
