[All] Setting up Outlook Calendar to make every new meeting a Teams meeting, and bypass

Open Microsoft Outlook (the local client)

Click:

Outlook (top menu bar) -> Preferences -> Calendar (down under Other) -> check the “Add online meeting …”

While on the Teams topic. I suggest if you have a meeting with a large outside NASA attendance to set the meeting options to allow everyone to auto join (it gets old quickly to accept everyone from the lobby)

To do this, after you set up the meeting (you are the meeting organizer) open it and in the Teams meeting info click on “Meeting options”

This will take you to a web page for this meeting where you can set options. This is how I have I usually have it set up.
