Hi ESPO,

As promised, please see attached the IMPACTS Science Team Meeting Agenda for next week. Please feel free to attend at your own pace and contribute to the talks and presentations.

The agenda for Monday July 27 includes science presentations and discussions. There are no breakout sessions planned for Monday.

For Tuesday July 28, we will continue with science presentations followed by breakout sessions in the afternoon that will touch on lessons learned during the 2020 deployment. These breakout sessions will help set the tone for Wednesday.

On wednesday we will have breakout sessions that will focus on how we would like to operate in this COVID environment. This wednesday session is where we could use ESPO’s expertise to help guide the discussions and come up with a deployment plan that we can implement.
So, I encourage you to attend Wednesday. Pick a session of your interest and participate in the discussions.

The details on how to join via Webex will be shared and posted in the ARC ESPO Calendar. Please feel free to grab the invites from there (or Susan/Judy can also help you with the invite).

Thank you everyone! And please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards!
