[All] Slack

All,
I was just in a Code S meeting and Jay Bookbinder had a request from HQ about the use of Slack.  We were asked if we would use Slack if it was NASA approved.  Everyone on the phone gave a strong YES.  We were then asked if we would still use it if it was NASA only.  I was the only no.  I explained why it is important to have use beyond NASA and others agreed but they stressed they would use it either way.
We will wait and see but I was hoping for stronger support.
Bummer.
