[All] ARC-ESPO Shared Calendar

Good evening team,

Dan and I have shared the ARC-ESPO at mail.nasa.gov<mailto:ARC-ESPO at mail.nasa.gov> team calendar to everyone on the team.

Using the calendar:

  *   Look at 05/14 or 07/18 to see existing calendar meetings on the ARC-ESPO calendar
  *   You can send invites to the calendar as if you were inviting another teammate for events to show up on it (recommendation: send as “Free” and not OOO/Away if you’re adding travel/vacation)
  *   After you send the meeting invite, you can color-code it (like on the at espo.nasa.gov calendar)
     *   double-click to open the meeting on the ESPO calendar (not the copy on your calendar)
     *   click Categorize at the top and choose the appropriate tag
  *   Put your initials in the Subject if you would like to identify that it’s an entry by you
     *   After the NOMAD team updates the auto-attendant (open ESD ticket), the calendar should automatically add the Organizer’s name to the subject
     *   You can always open a meeting to see who accepted/declined
  *   An ESD ticket is in to update everyone to be an owner of the mailbox (will be able to log into it and send mail) and for the calendar to auto-accept invites sent to it
     *   In the meantime, if you want to change an event from tentative, open it on the ESPO calendar and click Accept

Adding the calendar
Outlook:

  *   Go to your calendar
  *   At the top on the Home tab click Open Shared Calendar

  *   Type ARC-ESPO at mail.nasa.gov<mailto:ARC-ESPO at mail.nasa.gov>, click on the result (when it finds it), and click Open

  *   It will open on the left-hand side and show on top of your own calendars:

New Outlook Webmail (in the upper right, you would see [cid:image004.png at 01D50691.EC096180] )

  *   Go to your calendar
  *   Click the three lines/”hamburger” menu in the upper left: [cid:image005.png at 01D50691.EC096180]
  *   Click Discover calendar or Import calendar (left)
  *   Click From directory (left)
  *   On the right type arc-espo at mail.nasa.gov<mailto:arc-espo at mail.nasa.gov>, select the result, and click Add
  *   It will open on the left under the group People’s calendars

Old Outlook Webmail (in the upper right, you would see [cid:image007.png at 01D50691.EC096180] )

  *   Go to your calendar
  *   Choose the drop-down next to Add calendar

  *   From directory
  *   Type/search for/select ARC-ESPO at mail.nasa.gov<mailto:ARC-ESPO at mail.nasa.gov> and then Open
