What’s Happening:
The Office Of CyberSecurity Services (OCSS) will be performing an upgrade activity that will cause Access Launchpad to be unavailable. As a result, customers can expect an outage to the below applications and services during this time period.
The purpose of this outage is to complete the Launchpad upgrade, which includes security enhancements and improvements to the current Alternate User Login.
Services Affected:
On Saturday, August 03, 2019 during the time period listed above, initial user login/authentication will not function for the following:

  *   NOMAD Email (Web, Mobile, Internal)
  *   Applications requiring Launchpad authentication (~1200)
