0900: Aircrew Show / Crew Brief (Base Ops)
0915: Pre-flight Brief (Building 206 Hangar Floor)
1015: Doors Close
1035: Engine Start
1050: Taxi
1100: Takeoff
~1846: Land
1916: Debrief (Building 206 Hangar Floor)

0830: Mx show
0900: Aircrew show
0930: Pre-flight brief with GIII flyers (Gulfstream hut)
1040: Door close
1100: Takeoff (5.5-hour flight over Chicago–alternative takeoff is 1200)
1630: Land WPAFB+refuel+pack plane
1800: Transit to KLFI

Notes:

The ESPO Science truck departs WBAFB on Wednesday. Instrument teams should plan on having as much cargo packed and staged by 1200 on Tuesday. Let ESPO know if you have any questions or concerns. 

WPAFB Gate Hours
Gate 15A (Skeel Ave.): Monday - Friday 0600-1800
Gate 12A (Chidlaw Ave): Daily 24 hours

Foreign Nationals: please coordinate with your escorts to get on the base. Only FN Escorts that attended the FN Escort Brief are authorized. 
Newly arrived FN must go to the Pass & ID office with an escort to obtain a base Pass.
FNs are not permitted to drive on base.
