Comments:Science mission flown today in coordination with ROCIS King Air A90 aircraft. Both collecting Gulf current data for comparison and model improvements. Again, weather was nominal and ATC handling was very good. Troubleshooting a potential ITT gage issue for #2 engine, the mechanics found loose wires on a thermocouple harness. Still “green” for aircraft but will continue to monitor. Next planned takeoff from KMSY will be 1530Z (1030 CST) on 26 Mar 2018. We will be coordinating data collection again with the ROCIS King Air who will be flying in the same area at approximately 3000 ft MSL.
