Comments:
ATom-4 science flight RF07. This flight was based out of Punta Arenas, Chile and was an atmospheric science survey south of Punta Arenas and over Antarctica. This highly successful mission included 6 vertical profiles (two more than planned) and included a spiral climb at 86 deg S latitude to 37kft. One science instrument was inop for the flight. The science team will try to get the instrument replaced. The aircraft had one writeup for a faulty fuel quantity gage.
