Ternary solution composition is calculated according to Carslaw et al., 1995.; contact Katja Drdla for calculations using other ternary solution models. Input values are from ER-2 measurements (temperature and pressure: MMS; H2O: JPL, or Harvard if JPL not available; NOy: see below). The input data is provided here for reference, but the respective principal investigators should be contacted directly for info about this data. The assumed NOy is a best fit to the measured NOy (rear inlet; channel a), taking into account aerosol enhancements. Note that this NOy total does NOT include HNO3 in the large particles that are only sampled by the NOy front inlet (channel b); the large-particle NOy is not at equilibrium and therefore is excluded from these equilibrium calculations.
