[Tg-meeting-support] TEMPO/GEMS workshop presentations

Sorry for any confusion, Lynn. I do not need two posters. I think an oral for ASIA-AQ and a poster for HAMAQ is best, but I still defer to the wishes of Hyunkee and Xiong.

Jim,

Thanks for your speedy reply. We may have missed your note with the idea of presenting an oral talk and two poster:
“I also need to submit another contribution for ASIA-AQ, which is relevant to GEMS. Hoping it is okay to have a talk for one and poster for the other, or two posters.”

I will leave the final selection up to Hyunkee Hong and Xiong Liu. Meanwhile, would you mind confirming the titles for all. Right now we have:

  * Oral: Hemispheric Airborne Measurements of Air Quality: A Future Contribution to TEMPO Science-Based Validation - (relevant to TEMPO)
  * Poster 1: The Airborne and Satellite Investigation of Asian Air Quality (ASIA-AQ) – (relevant to GEMS)
  * Poster 2: Something for HAMAQ – is this the same as the Oral presentation title or something else? – (relevant to TEMPO)

Thanks again,
Lynn

Yes, that would be good. The ASIA-AQ material is relevant to GEMS and the HAMAQ campaign is relevant to TEMPO. A poster for HAMAQ (which won’t happen for a few years) would be best, but I defer to you.

Thanks,

Jim

Dear Jim,

We’re finalizing the schedule for the workshop and noticed you expressed interest in presenting a poster in addition to an oral presentation. We believe we can accommodate both, but want to first confirm you still want to do both. Please reply asap.

Thanks very much,
Lynn
