Sorry to hear that you cannot attend it in person.
We will change your attendance to remote.

As for hotel, you can just call the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation.

I want to inform you that I will not be able to attend the TEMPO Science Team in person at the end of August in Kona, HI.  I am very disappointed that I cannot be there but would still like to tune in remotely, if possible.


Please let me know what I need to do to change my attendance from in person to remote.  Also, I still have a reservation at the Courtyard King Kamehameha’s Kon Beach Hotel from August 24 through August 31.  I tried to cancel this via the Marriott app and was unable to do so.  If you have directions on how to do that cancellation I would appreciate it.

Sorry for the last-minute drop out.  I am certain that there are others that will be eager to take my spot.
