Thank you for completing the conditional registration. We have been able to find space for you to attend, so feel free to make travel plans.

Please DO NOT share the conditional registration link with anyone! I see that someone else from the Pandora group used the link without having emailed us first, and this caused some problems.

Below is the update provided to registered attendees a few days ago:

Thank you for registering for in-person attendance at the TEMPO/GEMS Science Team Workshop August 26-30, 2024 in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Please review this and future updates for answers to your pressing questions:

  *   If you can no longer attend in person, and/or if you wish to withdraw your presentation, please contact tg-meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:tg-meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov> as soon as possible so that we can give your space to someone else who wants to participate. Note that we are not accepting remote presentations.

  *   The organizing committee is currently evaluating the many abstract submissions for posters and oral presentations and creating our schedule. We’ll contact you again as soon as the schedule is complete and posted on the meeting website.

  *   Please save Monday evening, August 26, to join us for a group dinner sponsored by NIER, Korea’s National Institute of Environmental Research. We will ask you to confirm attendance at the dinner and allow you to request a ticket for an adult guest (guest tickets will be $106 US). Watch for one of our next updates. Guest tickets may be somewhat limited due to space considerations.

  *   We will also communicate to presenters about deadlines for slides, poster formats, etc. in the weeks to come. Note that physical poster space will be 4’ x 4’ (half of a large poster board) or approximately 1.2m x 1.2m.

So you know, next week we will email the people who registered before the deadline and ask them to contact us if they no longer plan to attend. Based on the response, we will open up space for people such as yourself to attend. I hope we can give you an answer in about a week, but I’m not exactly certain. We will make a decision within two weeks.
