Could you please book two adult guest tickets for the Monday August 26th dinner:

for participant Dr MariLiza Koukouli, with guest Mr Philippos Patras
and participant Dr Katerina Garane, with guest Mr Nikos Papalazarou

Furthermore, I would like to ask on the possibility of visiting Mauna Loa Observatory. I note from their pages that COVID restrictions are in force, is that still the case?

Thank you for registering for in-person attendance at the TEMPO/GEMS Science Team Workshop August 26-30, 2024 in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Please review this and future updates for answers to your pressing questions:

  *   If you can no longer attend in person, and/or if you wish to withdraw your presentation, please contact tg-meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov<mailto:tg-meeting-support at espo.nasa.gov> as soon as possible so that we can give your space to someone else who wants to participate. Note that we are not accepting remote presentations.

  *   The organizing committee is currently evaluating the many abstract submissions for posters and oral presentations and creating our schedule. We’ll contact you again as soon as the schedule is complete and posted on the meeting website.

  *   Please save Monday evening, August 26, to join us for a group dinner sponsored by NIER, Korea’s National Institute of Environmental Research. We will ask you to confirm attendance at the dinner and allow you to request a ticket for an adult guest (guest tickets will be $106 US). Watch for one of our next updates. Guest tickets may be somewhat limited due to space considerations.

  *   We will also communicate to presenters about deadlines for slides, poster formats, etc. in the weeks to come. Note that physical poster space will be 4’ x 4’ (half of a large poster board) or approximately 1.2m x 1.2m.
