Dear Yeonjin,

We received your request to bring your son Sean to the Monday evening dinner, however unfortunately I must discourage this unless he is an adult.

Due to space considerations (especially in the event of rain), we are limiting the number of guests, and noted that guests must be adults. If we permit one child I think that other attendees my not understand why they were not allowed to bring their children. Furthermore, he might not enjoy dinner with all adults.

I hope you understand our reasoning, and we appreciate that you asked the question! Please advise how we should proceed based on his age. Finally, note that there is no child pricing for dinner – we are charging what the hotel will charge us per person.
